Workspaces
A Workspace is the top-level organizational unit in CleverThis. All namespaces, deployments, API keys, usage records, and billing belong to a workspace. When you sign up, CleverThis creates a personal workspace for you automatically, named after your account.
You can belong to multiple workspaces — your own personal workspace and any number of organization workspaces you have been invited to. Switching between them is instant: all data in the UI (models, namespaces, deployments, usage, billing) changes to reflect the selected workspace.
Personal vs organization workspaces
Personal workspaces are owned by a single user and cannot have additional members. They are ideal for individual development and experimentation.
Organization workspaces support multiple members with different roles (owner, admin, member). They share a single billing wallet, a single namespace pool, and a single Library. Organization workspaces are the right choice for teams that want shared access to the same models, namespaces, and deployments.
Switching workspaces
The workspace switcher lives in the top-left of the sidebar, below the CleverThis logo. It shows the name of the currently active workspace. Click it to open a dropdown listing all workspaces you belong to. Clicking a workspace name switches you to that workspace immediately.
Creating an organization workspace
Click New Workspace at the bottom of the workspace switcher dropdown. Enter a name and slug for the organization, then click Create. You become the owner. You can invite others from Settings → Members within the new workspace.
