Account

The Account settings page contains actions that affect your entire CleverThis account: generating invite codes and deleting your account.

Invite codes

If your CleverThis instance has invite-only registration enabled, you can generate single-use invite codes from this page. Each code can be used exactly once by a new user during sign-up.

1. Navigate to Settings → Account.
2. Click Generate Invite Code.
3. Copy the code and share it with the person you want to invite.

Invite codes you have generated are listed below the generator, showing whether each code has been used and when it was used. Unused codes can be revoked by clicking Revoke.

The number of invite codes you can generate at one time depends on your workspace plan and instance configuration. Administrators can adjust per-user invite quotas from the admin panel.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deleting your account:

• Signs you out of all active sessions immediately
• Removes your personal workspace and all data in it (namespaces, deployments, API keys, usage records)
• Removes you from all organization workspaces you were a member of
• Cancels any pending Stripe subscriptions
• Deletes your profile data (name, email, avatar)

Remaining wallet credit is not automatically refunded on deletion. Contact support before deleting your account if you have a non-zero credit balance you want to recover.

To delete your account:

1. Navigate to Settings → Account.
2. Click Delete Account.
3. Type your email address in the confirmation dialog.
4. Click Permanently Delete Account.
